Solar Digital Audio Broadcasting
Also known as eureka 147, the DAB Digital Audio Broadcasting is a radio technology which is digital in nature. The usage of this newly invented device is in radio broadcasting and they are used in most of the radio broadcasting stations around the globe. Approximately more than thousand stations around the world have been using the old DAB technology. The newly improved version of the above device is known as the solar DAB which stands for Portable Solar-powered DAB Digital Radio which according to its name has an integrated solar panel to power the system by absorbing direct sunlight. With the help of a line-in socket we can use it in listening to our MP3 player or the iPod. Other added features are it has a LCD Display, 10 station presets, alternative power for usage and more.
